Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chook breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or fresh thyme)
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or sparkling rosemary)
Salt and pepper to flavor
half cup bird broth
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: 1/four teaspoon red pepper flakes (for a bit of warmth)
Instructions:
Prep the Chicken:
1.Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to eliminate excess moisture.
2.Season both sides of the fowl breasts generously with salt, pepper, and 1/2 of the thyme and rosemary.

Add Chicken Broth:
