“Best Butter Chicken Recipe: Creamy, Flavorful, and Easy to Make at Home!”

 

 Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chook breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or fresh thyme)
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or sparkling rosemary)
Salt and pepper to flavor
half cup bird broth
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: 1/four teaspoon red pepper flakes (for a bit of warmth)


Instructions:
Prep the Chicken:

1.Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to eliminate excess moisture.
2.Season both sides of the fowl breasts generously with salt, pepper, and 1/2 of the thyme and rosemary.
Cook the Chicken:

3.In a massive skillet, warmth 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high warmth.
4.Once the oil is hot, add the bird breasts to the pan. Cook for five-7 mins on each side until golden brown and the inner temperature reaches 165°F (seventy five°C).
5.Remove the bird from the skillet and set it apart on a plate.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

6.In the same skillet, decrease the warmth to medium and upload the closing 2 tablespoons of olive oil and butter.
7.Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic, closing thyme, and rosemary. Sauté for approximately 1 minute, till fragrant.
8.If you like a touch spice, add purple pepper flakes at this level.
Add Chicken Broth:

9.Pour the bird broth into the skillet, stirring to combine with the garlic and herbs. Let it simmer for two-three mins, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to lessen slightly.
Return the Chicken to the Skillet:

“10. Next, add the cooked chicken breasts back into the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top. Allow the chicken to cook in the sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes, letting it soak up the flavors.

Finally, garnish and serve the dish with your favorite sides for a delicious meal.”

Once the chook is fully cooked and the sauce is thickened, cast off from warmth.
